About the ArtistJeffrey Biggar is a native Clevelander who has had a passion for photography since his youth. Jeff and his brothers were guided by their dad who built a darkroom at home and introduced them to the art of photography. Over the years, Jeff has been involved in numerous photographic journeys, always having a camera at his side. While his formative years were spent with a 35 mm camera, over the past five years he has discovered the wonder of digital photography and hasn't looked back.Jeff is a member of the Photographic Society of America, the Cleveland Photographic Society and The Cuyahoga Valley Photographic Society. Over the past few years, he has won several awards in local juried competitions. Jeff retired in 2006 after 33 years with a major financial services company and has spent the last few years traveling, devoting time and energy to civic and corporate board activities, and always looking for the next photo shoot. |
